DIF Capital Partners has signed an agreement with German companies Enercon and eab New Energy to acquire 100% of the 50MW Cerro Grande wind farm located in eastern Uruguay.
German railway company Deutsche Bahn (DB) through its subsidiary DB Energie GmbH has signed a 5-year PPA for 25MW of capacity from Innogy's 295MW Nordsee Ost offshore wind farm.

Peruvian private investment promotion agency ProInversion, has added three new private sector projects to its 51 project PPP portfolio for 2019-2022
French telecom operator Iliad and infrastructure investor InfraVia have announced a joint venture that will acquire, operate and build 1 million fibre connections in lower density areas of France.
China Everbright International Limited has secured two 30-year waste-to-energy PPP concessions on mainland China requiring a combined investment of RMB1.725 billion ($240 million).
France's Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition has announced its plans to tender over 2GW of solar capacity next year.
