Concert Infrastructure  acquired a majority interest in Arctic Infrastructure Limited Partnership from InfraRed Capital Partners Limited majority stake in Iqaluit airport PPP - the first complete North American airport project to be built as a PPP.

Duke Energy secures 602MW of capacity in the Carolinas; Duke Energy and Accion Group will finalize a report of all projects to be filed with the North Carolina Utility Commission around June 2019 with projects scheduled to come online by the end of 2020.
